Needs better management & investment in operations

Broken cupboards, missing towels, thin doors make for loud mornings from adjacent occupants, poor breakfast options, and such. The hotel management needs to invest in maintenance of hotel facilities, and ensure processes are robust to maintain quality of customer services and non-customer services.

Reception staff let the Quoram down

Our stay was excellent..The service staff in restaurant were excellent.I have never had reception staff just hand me paper work for review without even looking or acknowldging me..My food bills dropped in front of me..Not added or anything..Very poor performance. The Quoram cleaning staff were more efficient and well trained than reception.

The staff was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is sparkling clean, everything is well taking care of. I had some personal issues and they were gracious to accommodate me. Absolutely recommend it!

very disappointing

They are advertising free internet on Expedia. They did not honor this commitment and charged me 600 rupees a day plus taxes. False advertising, I feel cheated, This is not a 4 star hotel.. maybe 3 at best, The yogurt I found in the hotel restaurant was 1 week past the freshness date, ( it was soupy and I did not eat it)

It was a one night stay in this hotel. Overall we both were very pleased with this hotel. Hotel bed was very comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. Restaurant service was also good. Our room came with the breakfast, which was very good.

Very good hotel in Mysore

First time traveling to India, I wasn't sure where to stay - I asked a friend from Mysore, and he suggested a few places. I chose this one after reading some reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality accommodations. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room amenities (TV, fridge, sitting char, bathroom, etc) were well appointed too. The only complaint we had was the speed of wifi service, but that was an external problem to the hotel - it's just the local high speed bandwidth isn't very fast. I would stay here again, and recommend to anyone who is traveling to or thru Mysore.

Very average room.

I was disappointed. The sofa in the room was stained. The linen in the room could have been a lot cleaner.The bathroom had no foot mat. I was told there would be wi fi but there wasn't.

Great Hotel

Excellent hotel. Only had one issue, there was a very loud party down the hall that we weren't advised had been booked, on check in and when we called to complain we were told several times over 2 hrs that it would be 5 or 10 mins before the party ended. It was after 11 pm when it shut down.

Uncomfortably dirty rooms

Photos very deceiving! The entry area and restaurant were decent, the room however was badly in need of paint and cleaning. The room smelt like a cigarette when we first walked in and later found the cigarette butt in the bathroom garbage can.Paint chipped and dirty with splashes and markings, bathroom fixtures not at all close to clean. Linens and towels grey and threadbare. We slept in our travel sleeping bags on top of the beds. Breakfast was good, however cutlery was coated with old food that hadn't cleaned off. Front desk staff was not very helpful in trying to arrange further drivers. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Would not recommend at this price.
