The baths were great and also had a sauna and cold pool, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were superb and there was a menu in English. Our host Sarina was wonderful. The hot sand onsen is a short walk from the hotel and was very easy to get to. We loved the small touches for the children with the kids’ yukata robe and Anpanman slippers and the manager brought our car right to the front to help us load up in the rain.
