“The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. It could definitely use a remodel. The beach is not visible from the rooms. You have to go up and out onto the beach access which is easy enough.”

“I am so glad i found the FCI for our first trip to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our six night stay there during the last week of October. Our room was perfect for us and the yummy hot breakfast every morning was amazing. We chose a historic inn rather than a hotel or airbnb because we like the more personal touch an Inn provides. Lisa, the innkeeper, was very helpful and friendly. Beth, the Manager and breakfast chef was super hospitable. With the beach just a short walk away...we……

“Everyone was super nice and accommodating! Literally walk right out to the beach from our hotel room. We had a microwave and fridge in our room. Room was super clean with a huge window to look out. They do give you a paper parking pass to put in your vehicle, parking was slim at times. Granted we did come for an event and it seemed everyone else had the same idea of staying there also. Breakfast was nice. Orange and apple juice with your basic breakfast choices. Waffle maker, yogurt cereal etc.……
