Good place to stop during a road trip
Good place for a good price. The hotel is a bit dated, but it's comfortable. The staff are super nice and spoke English. Parking is convenient (just outside), and it's pet friendly. Would stay again!

This experience really brought the French hospitality to a whole new level, if you haven’t yet taste it: brace! At breakfast I put a sugar pack in my picked: A SUGAR PACKET!! Because I intended to bring my coffee to my room when some man started screaming at me that I couldn’t take the package. He didn’t speak English so I directed myself to the front desk ladie and told her I was going to bring the COFFEE to my room and she raised her voice telling me that I was not allowed to bring BREAKFAST to my room. At that point, dealing with some rude and uneducated people I just left my breakfast untouched and returned the SUGAR PACK I had in my picked. WOW, just wow… never again and I would not recommend. Enjoy France hospitality ya’ll! You get what you pay for, the hotel is on the back road near the highway, it’s convenient for travelers passing by, but forget about it if you need some sleep.

GOOD DAY MRS! we will put things back in order !!! you showed up for breakfast by putting a handful of sugar and tea bags in your pockets, that's called theft! at no time is it specified that breakfast can be taken in your room or that the buffet at 9.90 € must make your meals of the day to take away, you have to unpack it yourself subsequently you filled a tray with all the products offered and you left the room saying that you no longer want to have breakfast because we informed you that it was not taken in your room. you left and we had to throw away the whole tray it's not 15 minutes after you come back and you get yourself a tray! you have no education respect you nobody and the rudest person of the two of us was you I think !!! before writing lies, he told himself in France to look at himself before criticizing others! if you want unlimited breakfast room service, I invite you to go to 5-star hotels and not 2-star hotels or to meet your requirements up to your means. cordially

Stayed for 1 night en-route to Spain. Very convenient, just off the motorway. We asked for a ground floor room as travelling with 2 dogs - turned out brilliantly as there was a back door from the room straight out onto a garden area. Dogs not allowed in the restaurant but there is a nice terrace for drinks and food. The menu is small and we chose to eat elsewhere so can't comment on the food. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean budget hotel Could do with a bedside table for phone clock book etc 😄. If in Narbonne visit Les Grand Buffetts it’s awesome

Stayed for one night on the way to Spain. Everyone was very helpful and polite. My husband and I had a lovely meal. We took Lyndie our greyhound with us and she she was made a fuss of by all who meet her. Will be definitely be staying there again when we go back to Spain after Christmas!

Basic lodging with free WiFi and Parking
This was a hotel on the outside of town with easy access to highways. The free WiFi was strong enough to stream video which is a rarity in most places. The parking was ample. The check in/out process was super simple and the staff both at check in and out were extremely pleasant and kind. While this is a no frills hotel, what it offers is a good value for a night's sleep with access to nearby attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and found the staff so friendly & helpful. Pascal thank you for all the good suggestions of where to visit always so helpful each morning. Thank you also for the use of your computer to check our mail. We loved your breakfasts & such a peaceful & relaxing place. We miss the weather not as good in Ireland. The only disappointment was Tim left there without his watch, he rang later but it was not found. It was a gold bracelet strap with green face & had on the back "love Eileen 25/12/96 very much sentimental value. If this ever shows up we would really appreciate you contacting us. Very good buffet breakfast - good parking and located just off the motorway. A five minute drive into Narbonne. A nice touch was that they give you a bottle of water every day, Overall very good for a budget hotel.

Close to where we wanted to be
We found this hotel more than we expected. The staff looked after us as best they could given the facilities of the hotel. We were very pleased with them and would return. There were some deficiencies but we were willing to overlook those because of the price of the hotel and its convenient location. However, the staff were so welcoming that the deficiencies were less noticeable.

Chambre petite, sombre qui aurait bien besoin d'une rénovation, propreté qui laisse à désirer. Murs sales, de nombreuses marques et rayure; Chambre 1 à coté de la porte palière qui couine à chaque fois que quelqu'un l'utilise donc beaucoup de bruits, difficile de dormir. Salle de bains qui a visiblement été rénové, mais impossible de poser qu'au que ce soit dans la pièce.Une seule petite étagère toute rouillée dans la douche qui aurait bien besoin d'une porte ou d'un rideau, car inondation assurée..... Très décevant. Passé votre chemin.

Madame DEPIERRE, nous sommes navrés que votre séjour n'ai pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.La chambre fait 15m2 et a une douche à l'italienne et toilettes séparés à l'intérieur.Nous tenons compte de votre remarque au sujet de l'étagère. Elle est sombre car un arbre est situé non très loin d'elle et c'est bien agréable en été. cette chambre est minimaliste car c'est une PMR, donc pas de porte pour facilité les déplacements. Nous nous excusons toutefois de ne pas vous l'avoir signaler à votre arrivée car l'hôtel étant complet et comme vous vouliez une chambre grand lit, il n'a été possible que de vous louer celle-ci.Bien cordialement.
