De très bonnes vacances
Vacances vraiment agréables, nous avons tous pris beaucoup de plaisir à vivre dans cette très belle maison, beau jardin, magnifique terrasse avec une vue splendide, très bien aménagée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine commune, qui propose une vue superbe A refaire , vraiment.

A notre arrivée dans le logement, la maison était sale et le linge de lit des derniers occupants était encore en place. Aucun nécessaire de toilette n'était présent. Le gérant immobilier de l'agence Fütterer n'était joignable que le lendemain. Le propriétaire n'avait pas averti le gérant immobilier de notre arrivée. Ce dernier souhaitait nous faire régler le linge de lit qui était déjà inclus dans la location. L'agence a finalement accepté de nous donner du linge de lit, celui-ci à notre grande surprise était jetable et donc inconfortable. La plateforme Abritel n'a pas appelé le gérant immobilier contrairement à sa promesse. Le propriétaire ne nous a pas répondu jusqu'à présent malgré nos messages. Nous sommes évidemment très mécontents du propriétaire, de l'agence Fütterer et d'Abritel.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Gemeinschaftspool (2 Gehminuten entfernt)
Wir waren nun schon das zweite mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Objekt ist gepflegt mit guter Ausstattung. Wenn man Lust auf kochen hat, findet man eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche vor. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Grillkamin vor dem Gebäude die gut sichtgeschützt ist zur Straße. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Das Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk lässt dich troz fehlender Klimaanlage auch bei hohen Temperaturen im Sommer gut lüften. Die Matratze des Bettes ist auch sehr gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden, um eventuell mal Handtücher zu waschen. Was vielleicht manchen ein wenig stört, ist die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Ferienhaus welche in den Sommerferien sehr stark befahren ist. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört. Einziges Manko dieses Jahr war, dass es nicht ganz sauber geputzt war bei der Anreise. Der Herd in der Küche und die Rückwand waren nicht 100% sauber und teilweise flogen Staubwolken unter den Betten/Schränken hervor. Habe die Vermieter darauf angesprochen, es gab anscheinend ein Wechsel der Agentur vor Ort. Bei Anfragen an den Vermieter wird sehr schnell geantwortet (teilweise unter einer halben Stunde). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, jedoch zu laute, heiße Nächte.
Wir haben 11 Nächte in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht, in dem an Ausstattung nichts fehlte. Mit Liebe zum Detail alles vorhanden. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter hier auch selbst wohnen. Alles sehr sauber! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin sehr nett!!! Aber: Leider haben wir nicht eine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Die Fenster der Schlafzimmer, liegen leider alle zur dauerhaft stark befahrenen Durchfahrtsstrasse und müssen aufgrund der extremen Hitze nachts geöffnet sein. Tagsüber stört das nicht. Man ist wach oder unterwegs, jedoch nachts hält einen der Straßenlärm dauerhaft wach. Der laute, dominanten Fahrtstil gewisser Fahrer verstärkt das noch und auch das tägliche Gegröle mancher Urlauber bis in die frühen Morgenstunden ist nicht wirklich erholend. Evtl. könnte hier dauerhaft ein Klimagerät in den Schlafzimmern Abhilfe schaffen, damit die Fenster nachts nicht mehr geöffnet werden müssen. Der Pool ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und sauber, jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es liegen am Grund überall gelöste Fliesenmosaike. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus, was sehr angenehm ist. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn sich die Lautstärken- und Klimasituation nachts verbessern würde. Der Wandel des Klimas, die Hitze und Trockenheit werden in den nächsten Jahren mit Sicherheit nicht weniger werden. Der Strand, Meer und Umgebung sind wunderschön! Der tägliche Markt mit frischen Waren wunderbar!

Abgas und Lärm
Das Objekt ist zwar mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet, dafür ist es aber auch ziemlich voll gestellt. Es gibt kaum freie Schränke und Ablageflächen. Vor allem merkt man, dass man hier nur ein „Nebennutzer“ ist und dass die Unterkunft vorrangig für den Urlaub der Besitzer eingerichtet ist. Die Einrichtung ist teils gewöhnungsbedürftig: einen Frotté-Klodeckelbezug möchte ich eigentlich heutzutage nicht mehr! Der Pool besitzt leider keine Liegeflächen, so dass ein Aufenthalt wirklich nur zum Baden und Schwimmen Spaß macht. Er ist mit circa 5 × 12 m auch deutlich kleiner als auf Nachfrage vom Vermieter angegeben. Das alles wäre aber noch akzeptabel, wenn man auf der Terrasse am Esstisch nicht circa 2,5 m von der Durchgangsstraße des Ortes entfernt sitzen würde. Auf der Straße herrscht starker Verkehr, so dass man sich kaum unterhalten kann, keine Ruhe findet und immer Abgase in der Nase hat. Das macht es auch unmöglich, nachts Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Wir haben uns etwas deutlich Anderes vorgestellt und sind entsprechend vorzeitig abgereist.

Asolut hervorragend ausgestattetes Objekt in top Zustand
Wirklich sehr schönes Anwesen in einer ruhigen Anlage mit sauberen Pool. Die Familie Wolf hält das Objekt ganz offensichtlich sehr gut in Schuss und die Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung (z.B. Küche) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonderes highlight ist die schöne Dachterrasse sowie der Anbau mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Wolf für das schaffen einer so ansprechenden Urlaubsatmosphäre in und um die vier Wände dieses Feriendomizils. Super! - Würde jederzeit wieder gerne dort buchen - es war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dass wir dort und natürlich in St. Pierre waren.
