We had o keep going back to the front desk to get our door keys reactivated. The staff was friendly and courteous each time. The door key issues were due to the Microsoft outage, not really the hotels fault.

This place NEVER disappoints! We take frequent weekend get away trips to Franklin, and we always stay here. Clean, nice rooms, great location, safe, very friendly staff … I could go on and on! The only negative for some people is that it’s not really walking distance to any attractions, but it’s easy to get in and out of, so that’s not a problem for us.

All the associates were great. The pool was very cloudy and we didn’t feel comfortable swimming. There was a large wet spot in the carpet near the entertainment center in our room. I’m hoping it was water. 😬

We always love staying at Drury’s and we like the Franklin Tennessee location. Its updates are very nice and the staff are great. My only complaint this trip is the pillows. They were tiny small pillows. They went flat as soon as you laid on them. We were in a king bed. The pillows were the size of toss pillows. Had to stack them..

Very nice and clean. Facility is a little older but nice. Breakfast and evening heavy snacks was a plus. The pool was less than desirable for me, it was green. I wasn’t there to swim anyway. It looked like a lot of people enjoyed it. Customer service is amazing! They truly believe customer first. A very rare attitude these days.
