Very close to broadway- good walking distance to a lot Of Nashville attractions. Only thing was I wouldn’t walk alone at night- lots of homeless around the corner- they never bothered us but I wouldn’t feel comfortable alone.

As others have shared the location is fabulous and is a quick walk to tons of attractions. Rooms were a tad small, lobby is very small, pool is only 3 feet deep but was really nice to have. Staff was attentive and friendly. Great pancake place next door.
