A good hotel near Space Center

Hotel was clean inside and outside with great staff and location. We came from another Extended Stay property, at Fannin street, which was an awful experience with not enough words to describe our ordeal there. We were a little skeptical about booking another Extended Stay property but after talking with Expedia finally booked it and glad we did it. The location was great as it was walking distance from the space center. The staff was amazing and courteous. The rooms were okay but it was expected. On another note the rooms had no issues at all and the utensils and dishware were promptly provided which helped us during our 2 night stay with a 4 year old fussy eater. Overall, we will recommend this hotel.

Roaches in the bathroom. Said it included breakfast but that meant muffins in a bag and granola bars with coffee and hot water that they ran out of.

Nice hotel 15 min from Kemah

It served its purpose. We arrived after 11 pm and checked out at 10 am. and it was very quiet.

Better then expected

You know going in this isn't a five star place, but it was way better then what I have come to expect at this price point. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was quiet and fresh. it was as good as other area hotels that charge twice as much.

The beds and pillows were horrible. Worst night of sleep. It was $95 and should have paid the extra for down the road.

Close to space center

Was in town for a quick trip to the space center and the location was the main reason to chose this hotel. Staff was nice and the room was clean.

To start with I booked the reservation through hotels.com with our dog. The with dog was never put in. They had rooms and are a pet friendly hotel but could not get one of the rooms due to the reservation screw up. Thank God the family members we were in town to visit were able to take care of her Do i the night. The bathroom was filthy and the drain cover was missing so you could only put 4 " of water in tub. The location was great, the service was nice however in helpful. There was security in the parking lot at night doing a good job. All in all... No I wound be staying there again.

Decent hotel for fast stay

The customer service was horrible and didn't seem to care that I paid with PayPal and didn't wanna have my credit card to be charged for anything I already pre paid for the visit but they didn't care I had to put my card on file and they had an attitude the whole entire time I was explaining to them.the heater was broke in the room and the bed was stiff and room smelled of smoke but the room was clean
