“The Bridges looks like it has been updated and is trying to compete with other big names hotel chains in the area. The furniture was new, the bed was comfortable but the finishing touches were not complete. The lighting in the bathroom was the new mirror with lighting in the mirror but it had some electrical issues. Blackout curtains would’ve been great for the room. The shower was nice. We did not take part in the breakfast. Overall, our experience was ok.”

“1) The lock on my door was not secure and my spouse was uncomfortable and bolted the door with a chair. 2) There was no customer service on site and I had to call a number to get assistance. 3) I was not able to get a print out of my stay as the person that was there during check out could not print out information. 4) There was a discrepancy with my bill as I did use a 3rd party thinking I would get a better rate, and when the property sent me a total sent me an itemized bill, the amount……

“Honestly, this wasn’t what we were expecting. It’s an old run down property. We knew it would be old, but we at least expected fresh paint, nice smell, clean carpet, etc. We walked in, looked around, and immediately checked out. Huge stains in carpet-very musty smell- there was even an open door leading from the attic into the closet of the bedroom that they had placed a chest of drawers in front of to hold it closed. My wife was able to easily move it. It felt like an old haunted house……
