Could not enter the unit with the first code that Vacassa sent, so I waited for text and phone response from a rep. Finally got a new code, which got us into the room, but when we locked it to go retrieve items from our vehicle, the new code didn't work anymore! After another period of waiting for text response, the rep finally sent the problem to the "local" Vacassa person, who finally called (and texted) with a different entry code that worked consistently from then on. Unit was nice, but cleaners had left 2 dirty bath cloths on the shower curtain rod and some trash behind the trashcan. Everything else was good about the unit.After 2 days, we got word that there was a problem with the pool, which would be closed for repairs for the rest of our trip.The checkout process was a little confusing since the in-unit notebook had slightly different info from the email I received from Vacassa on the morning of checkout.
