“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! But most of off Jessica made the entire stay memorable. Thanks to her everything was an excellent experience. Anything we needed they made sure we had and then some. “Great staff and very helpful, awsome rooms for a quick sleep and cozy.. Air conditioning was great but I would have liked to have the room colder but there wasn't a remote control to adjust the temperature.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Great location with the peaceful cove beach access. Pool and bar/grill and coffee shop staff were great. I was injured by a piece of glass in my bathroom which had been missed by housekeeping (i didnt have glass, it was from either a previous guest, orfrom another room caught in the stringy mop they used). Front desk and management were not helpful.A scary trip to local hospital ER for a tetanus shot and stitches via a taxi (I'm a woman traveling solo). No assistance or compensation were……
