During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. “Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments……

“The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. ”

“Perfect location right next to the water, great central spot for exploring old town and the surrounding areas. Building is expertly conserved and updated while maintaining its character. One of the coolest places I have stayed with a direct view of the lighthouse from our room. The staff is definitely a highlight, Eva especially helping with any questions and an exceptionally warm welcome, going above and beyond for even the little things. With it being the off season many places were closed,……
