Property was in great location; very nice accomodations. Upon arrival directions to the room should state must walk through the restaurant- workers at the restaurant were not aware of the hotel room. If have luggage steps are steep and there is no porter to help....The sister property was very helpful - had elevators Domus Renier onsite support - would stay there next time. The suite is right on the waterfront in the Old Port area. Perfect location for access to the shops and restaurants. The area is very active with nightlife — nevertheless, the suite was very quiet. The suite was comfortable and attractive. Highly recommended.

This hotel room "more of a loft" was our favotrite stop during our 3 weeks in Greece. We stayed five nights and are thinking we may stay a month next time. The location is perfectly in the center of all that is happening in Old Town Chania but well within walking distance of downtown Chania. The view is great as we spent multiple evenings sitting on the balcony. We are making plans for a return trip.

Great location, perfect for walking around the old harbor / old town area; there are dozens of restaurants and cafes around. Very quick walk over to the lighthouse, too. Might be a bit of a challenge to park if you have a car, but there are no issues if you're using public transit/taxis. The room has a very nice view / balcony and the amenities are good. This hotel does not have a check-in desk per se, but you can walk a few hundred feet to another one of the Domus hotels and check in there. They were very communicative via WhatsApp.

Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.

This room is a really funky vibe, it’s kind of elegant industrial chic. The view and the balcony are amazing! We drank wine every night before dinner on the balcony, with literally the best view, then ate dinner somewhere with great food and atmosphere bc we already enjoyed the view! The staff are at another location a block away…and we blew a fuse one morning, the door code stopped working as well…the toilet seat was broken off for the duration of the stay…and the worst IMO was that the floor was really dirty. So it’s a little difficult to get things fixed, and things weren’t quite up to par. But it’s quite a nice place and I’d stay again.

This was an amazing experience at such a lovely spot overlooking the harbor and lighthouse. We stayed in the Family Suite above Lithos restaurant. The extra cost even though we only needed one room/one bed was very well worth it. It was a bit difficult to find as we had to check in at Domus Renier property (their sister boutique hotel). This is entered through Zepos restaurant which is on the harbor. This part was not communicated to us so we had to call from the number given to us for Domus Renier an their concierge team helped us. If we knew to look for Zepos and find the glass door entry in the back of the restaurant, it would have made the check in more smooth as we walked the old town with our bags for quite some time looking for the Domus Renier property. The suite is lovely, well appointed with coffee and water, and beautiful showers, all amenities. We enjoyed having a drink and dinner in on the balcony the first night and just enjoying the ambience of the incredible harbor and all the late night activities. The noise down below was not heard once the windows were shut, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this suite again! The staff at Domus Renier were also amazing and so helpful with where to eat and how to tour the old town. Parking a car is definitely tough in this popular area, so expect to drive around for some time....

This was our favourite hotel on our European trip. Quirky and fun that the entrance is right in the middle of a restaurant, so you definitely have to follow directions to find it. The room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Balcony opens right onto the harbour for the most incredible view. We shared the room with our two teen daughters and we had loads of space with two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautifully designed, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

We spent three nights here as part of a longer trip. The Domus Fresco was a perfect home base to explore Chania and surrounding areas (don’t miss Samaria Gorge!). Morning coffee on the deck, watching the town wake up was my favorite! My husband loved the rain shower.

One of the best lodging options in Chania. The room was fantastic and you can't beat the views. The restaurant staff downstairs (independent from the hotel) was also very friendly and checked in on us as we came and went.
