“Hotel and rooms recently remodeled. Very clean and modern. Front desk and breakfast staff very friendly. Location is so convenient to restaurants. Highly recommend the Red Stag pub with German menubit3ms and you can just walk across the parking lot to it.”

“We always enjoy our stay here. Imani, the front desk clerk, is such a delight to talk with. The mattresses are getting a little saggy, but the historic charm and comfort of the hotel is always on point. We appreciate being able to walk to restaurants and the convenient locations to drive to whatever we need. We were bummed the Swamp Fox closed an hour earlier than advertised, though. ”

“We enjoy this historic hotel so much, that when we travel south, we take time to stay overnight here. The dining menu is excellent, the staff friendly and efficient. The bartender outstanding! There is a used bookstore, museums and several unique shops nearby. In the warmer months they have a sweet roof top bar, with an amazing view.”

“So it is a little, in expensive, road side hotel, but the room was very clean, the breakfast was top notch with sausage l, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, great coffee with a selection of cream flavors, and various bread options s, etc. Bust beat of all was the staff! Met the desk clerk, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast gentleman. Everyone was so friendly, nice, and helpful.”
