“Good location in Black Hawk. One thing I didn’t like was the early check-in charge of $25/hr prior to 2pm. The facility is clean and the restaurant serves good food. Nice size casino on two floors.”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Nest. Staying in a dome overlooking the mountains was such a unique experience and the sunrise views were amazing. The room was very clean and new, with a small kitchenette and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The location was also great, close to Denver and within easy driving distance of some beautiful hikes. The property itself doesn’t have a lot of amenities but the friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and unique setting made up for it. We were happy we chose……

“This hotel is wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed this being our home base throughout our trip. The proximity to Boulder and the airport was perfect. The accommodations were really nice. The large lounge area felt like a large cozy living room. I enjoyed going down early in the morning, grabbing a coffee, and reading while my family was still sleeping. The pool was great, loved the restaurant for breakfast, and the bar for dinner. This will be the hotel we stay at again on our next……

“Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before……
