“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—within a short walk of downtown Boulder, with all its great restaurants, shops, and trails (even though we didn’t walk, it was that close!). It was also an easy drive to both Rocky Mountain National Park and the Brainard Lake area, making it a great home base for outdoor adventures. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. It was well stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in really……

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!”

The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. The location was ideal for going into the less-crowded Kawuneeche entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and for exploring downtown Grand Lake.
