Amazing holiday
Brilliant location, short walk to Old town and Burriana. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything you would need, including beach chair and parasols. Would not hesitate to return, Colleen is a great host who answered all of our questions and ensured a seamless stay. Pool area lovely and chilled even in August.

2 week stay in nerja
Its a lovely apartment good size bedrooms and good size balcony. Very functional kitchen and a nice living area. The apartment itself is situated in a very quaint spanish type complex just beautiful. The pool is a little small but served a purpose for some very needed cool downs on hot days. Its a also a very secure complex in a quiet residential area. A very short walk to beaches and a 10/15 walk into the centre of nerja. Couldnt have asked for better would highly recommend.

Glorious getaway
We had the BEST holiday here. The apartment was perfect for our needs, in particular loved the sunny terrace and grateful for the air con. Being a few steps away from the pool was ideal. Loved being walking distance to various beaches and great places to eat as well as a short walk to catch a bus to the Nerja caves. Many precious memories made. Thanks Colleen and also Lynne for impeccable cleaning and being so welcoming.

Wonderful winter retreat !
My wife & I along with my father-in-law enjoyed a fabulous month at this apartment in Nerja in Jan/Feb '22. The property is accurately described in the online brochure and Colleen is a very responsive and conscientious host. The a/c heating broke down soon after our arrival but that very evening, Colleen provided a plug-in heater, her husband made a temporary fix and then arranged a permanent fix a few days later. You could not ask for anything more. You only needed the heating for a short time in the evening as it was very mild during the day. Everything else in the apartment worked perfectly throughout our stay especially the wi-fi which was very fast and reliable. The balcony was a real highlight for us being a natural sun trap and wind break. It got the very warm sun from 10 am until sundown and had an excellent assortment of outdoor furniture. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we have already booked again for next year as many people who stay here appear to do !!

Amazing stay!
I cannot recommend Casa Colleen enough! Firstly, Colleen the host was fantastic to deal with throughout. She was helpful, informative and got back to any questions very quickly. She was also very accommodating of any requests and very understanding given we were travelling during the Covid-19 period. The property itself was clean, modern and spacious and the same goes for the whole complex/pool. The location was fantastic, a short walk to both Burriana and Carabeo beaches, and a very short walk into town/the balcon. The local cafes/restaurants around the apartment are also fantastic. All in all a fantastic stay and a great host. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property and gardens in good location but there was building work going on across the road and in flats behind so not very relaxing and had to go out a lot . Advice would be to check this before booking as apart fom that its a nice house with very good wifi and near the beach with a short walk into town The large terrace is facing the road so there were vehicles and motorbikes passing constantly

A well equipped pretty town house in the perfect setting.
This townhouse was the perfect place for our out of season holiday in Nerja. The place was spotless when we arrived. Also well equipped with all you could want for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the large terrace which was blessed with sunshine from breakfast time until after six in the evening. Although the terrace faces the road it was a lovely private and quiet place to relax. Casa Colleen is perfectly situated for those who like the beach or the town as it’s an easy walk to both. There are many fabulous restaurants nearby too. The communal swimming pool and surrounding gardens were immaculately kept.

My family and me spent this summer relaxing holidays in Casa Colleen. The house has everything you need and more. You don´t miss anything. It is exactly like described by Colleen. And Colleen ist the best householder you can imagine: Every questions is answered by her inbeetween some hours. Bajaamr II has a well kept garden and communal swimming pool. My family an me intend to return!

Just returned from a week long stay in Casa Colleen and just Wow ! This Beautiful house set in Andalusian style village complex with beautiful gardens , lovely quiet pool area ( only saw a couple of people there all week ) The house itself Was Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need Great selection of cooking things ( my daughters a chef so was able to do some fab meals ) Simple to use washer , cooker etc ...... Excellent free WiFi , English tv and movie channels if you need it . Lovely comfy beds ! The house was actually bigger than I expected and was extremely quiet and also great location between both the old town of Nerja and Burriana beach area . I received Helpful and prompt communication with the owner Colleen . I can’t recommend this house highly enough and will certainly be my first choice of accommodation when we hopefully return to Nerja soon . Thank you Colleen your house is beautiful 😎

The Perfect holiday Villa!
What a holiday! First of all the house was in the most perfect location, 10 mins walk from everything and no need for a car. The house itself was 10/10. It was spacious, spotless clean, had absolutely everything you could ever need including toys for the kids, board games and books!! We had two kids (age 7&2) and it was ideal for them. The pool was great, only a few steps away and was never busy - we actually had it to ourselves for most to the week! Such a pretty area and so secure. Colleen couldn't have done enough for us, she was so helpful, and nothing was too much for her, such a relief when you are renting a house. She went out of her way to give us recommendations for taxis, local attractions and made our stay perfect.We are already planning our next trip!

Back from a wonderful week in the lovely Bajamar in Nerja. Super clean and comfortable town house in No 18. Casa Coleen. What a lovely home with super comfy beds !!. Loved it. Gorgeous quite , peaceful complex. 5 mins from everything. No need for a car. We loved the cat too but he does want to come home with everyone !! Too cute. Back to work now rested and content. Thank you .

Fantastic holiday home
This lovely, well appointed house, close to the Parador and town, has everything you would need for the perfect holiday. The extremely clean and well maintained pool is just a few steps away. Wifi is free and easy to set up with clear instructions and the TV has all the British, Irish channels for those who need it. We love Nerja and this house will always be our first choice for accommodation. Already booked our next two holidays there.

All we hoped for
Firbrook at Bajamar 11 was by far the best property we have rented in Nerja. Ideally situated for all areas of the town and beaches. The house was clean, airy, spacious and exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool just outside the door and your own private balcony if preferred. Quiet and relaxing in a small and pretty complex.

heerlijk huis op een prima locatie
zeer prettige woning op loopafstand van strand en het oude centrum. Parkeren meestal voor de deur maar anders was het nooit ver. Lekker groot dakterras en een fijn zwembad. Contact met Coleen verliep goed. Geeft uit zichzelf duidelijke instructies voor aankomst vertrek etc. Zouden het zo weer boeken.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Sehr gepflegt und einladend. Der Strand ist einen Spaziergang entfernt. Einkaufs- oder Frühstücks-Gelegenheit auch. Wir können Casa Colleen sehr empfehlen!

Clean and well equipped little 2 story house in an Urbanisation
Nice area with all beaches and town centre in walking distance. Small community pool was great for kids. Airconditioning are on timers which is a bit of a bummer as it was set at 1 hour which was too short for a cool night sleep. For a stay in Nerja I definitely recommend Casa Colleen.
