“Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the……

“Good location, clean”

“When choosing the room, we picked one that said "sofa bed" so our 12 year old daughter would have somewhere to sleep. It was in fact just a sofa. Our air conditioner started leaking on the floor. A huge puddle. So we went and brought it to the front desks attention. We moved rooms due to the leaking ac unit but was told "sofa bed" just means sofa and none of the rooms have a hideaway sofa bed. So my daughter slept on the couch. Not very accurate descriptions of sleeping arrangements. ”
