“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, everything was excellent. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only downside, as a Muslim guest, was the limited choice of halal-friendly food. Having more halal options available would make the hotel more accommodating for Muslim guests.

“I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead.
Management were dismissive and unhelpful when.
Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully.

“Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family……
“What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops).
