Check-in was fine. Room was clean and beds were fine. Breakfast was the worst part of the stay. My husband went to eat around 9 and it ended at 9:30. He was displeased that nothing was replenished especially when there were several people in the breakfast area. He saw moldy bread which was an obvious turnoff. There were a few biscuits and no sign of ever being any gravy to go with them. Only good part was the last couple pieces of decent tasting bacon which was not replenished and the OJ. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites in another state the night before and had a wonderful breakfast experience with it being replenished several times so this location was a complete disappointment. For the price we had to pay for one night , which was kind of high it was disappointing .

Our room was clean, and that was our major concern. This hotel has obviously been updated (and is being updated) to more in line with Holiday Inn standards but has a ways to go. As the most expensive hotel at this exit, I would have looked for more, but again, there was good coffee and we had a clean room.

Excellent staff!

You want to stay here if this is on your way through Missouri! Easy on and off the highway and the staff is some of the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. Bonus that an excellent BBQ Steakhouse restaurant is just across the parking lot.😉
