"Soooo great! Will be our go-to place to stay for Niner games. Two minor issues…the exit gate for the parking lot was a little dysfunctional. We checked out a little after 7pm, last night. Turned in our keys at the front desk and checked out. Person at desk confirmed my name and room number and said that was it. Apparently, at 3:15am, an email was sent stating I could do online checkout, which I did this morning so I could get a copy of my bill. Does that mean if I hadn’t caught it in time (assuming I had already been checked out the evening prior) I could’ve been potentially charged another day? Outside of that, we enjoyed the food (loved the freshness of the produce) and found everything to be very enjoyable!"

"This stay was to allow for us to be close to the 1/2 marathon. The hotel is beautiful, a very unique, older hotel. The check in was seamless and the valets were amazing! The room was small, but laid out well and the ac was perfect for the hot weather. It was a pleasure to have a fridge in the room. I did find morning desk staff to be less friendly than the wonderful afternoon person who checked us in, however, they were efficient. If we get back to San Jose, would definitely stay again."

"It was not a bad place to stay. Just do not stay in room 204 if someone is above you. First night was the absolute worst I have ever experienced listening to people until 4am. Calling office and complaining. Second night was great! Owen was very helpful and reassured us that nobody was in that room our second night. I would stay again just mindful of the room location. Maybe a top floor"
