"A fantastic experience! The quality of both breakfast and lunch was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and efficient, helping with shipping and calling taxis. The room was comfortable, clean, well-insulated, and quiet, with an elegant view from the window. "Everything is good, except the air con in the public area really needs to improve. I felt it's so warm on the floor, in the 1F restaurant and in the 1F public toilet. I sweat in the toilet, too warm and my frige in the room didn't work even after mechanics come. But the air con in the room is ok. "
