“Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay.”

“Hotel is pretty good, not too far from Mapusa Market. Very polite staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed the south indian breakfast. If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. Telephone is not provided in the rooms. If for some reason your cell phone has a problem, you have to go thru Reception to make a call. Boshan Hotel……

“The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring. The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms……

“I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. “Peaceful tranquil and plenty of kudos for the staff and managers who went the extra mile to assist us. The decor was very tasteful and redone keeping traditional Goan heritage The property is brand new and am sure should wear in well with the lush green surroundings over time. The Restaraunt caters to traditionsl cuisine but might want to expand a bit to cater to a more diverse set of travelers as well specially as they are now a part of a hotel and not just a standalone Restaraunt .
