“Nice one night stay.”

“Room smelled, floor dirty, nasty food in the kitchen sink, burnt holes in the sheets and blanket.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and places to eat.”

“Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.”

“Been to many hotels and the Garner is at the top of the list. Excellent, helpful staff (thank you Michelle), great breakfast, convenient location. The best part was our comfortable and very clean room. Even the hallways were spotless. Highly recommend this great value property.”

“Stay there every year for Oktoberfest!”

“Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.”

“The hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and courteous. The only amenities ( in room) was a bar of soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner combination. We did not eat breakfast. Fruit, muffins, pastries. Did not have a hot tub.”

“Don’t book with third party been charged twice and have reach out and no contact .”

The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to……

“It's a nice place”

“Check in took 2 hours past time. And first room was disgusting unbelievably so got a 2nd room and it also was dirty but manageable. Roaches were bad”

“Location is great. Breakfast variety is good. Bed seemed smaller than a queen. Bathroom very clean. Needs a bar for safety getting in and out of shower.”

“The hotel was great! Room was spacious.”
