Absolutely terribly kept rooms, I don't even know if it was cleaned before check in. flooring half missing. Nicotine residue all over in the "non smoking" room. Beds were damp and dirty, air conditioner was filthy and taped together, bathroom door was falling off and handle was barely attached. Walls were stained beyond belief (besides the nicotine stains). tub had stains everywhere and was filthy. Bugs everywhere. Counters and tables sticky and dirty. Absolutely worst stay of my life. I can't believe this place is in business.

Upon arrival, I was told that there were no rooms remaining. She went on to say that it was first come, first serve. I indicated I booked online and it was confirmed an hour earlier. She shrugged her shoulders. While I started to look online for other hotels, she came back to say she had one room, but it had bugs and she herself would not take it. After a few more tense minutes as it was 10:30 pm and I was brutally tired, a woman came up, handed her room keys, and then the manager came back to the window to say she had a room. Still not sure what happened other than it was a room that had to be cleaned (perhaps the one with bugs), but at least I got a room. The room itself was in very bad shape and desperately in need of paint, repairs, a new floor, and more. Nothing about this visit was acceptable.
