“When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand……

“It is such a beautiful home and property!!!! The host is wonderful and is excellent with communication. The hot tub is perfect as it’s outdoors but covered. We used the fire pit in the front yard for smores. There is also a relaxing hammock in the front yard. We also enjoyed the rock wall in the basement. My kids loved it!!!! Can’t wait to come again”

“We absolutely loved this little place. Only a few miles to SUNY New Paltz . I especially loved THE BED in the main bedroom. The lines were fantastic too. Lots of blankets available, we went early May so it was a little chilly. Full kitchen with everything you need. I was happy to have a regular coffee machine with filters instead of a Kerig , which I don’t like. Even all the spices and sugar was there for convenience. We went to all the waterfalls and farmers markets. Great locations. The decks……
