This is a great hotel. Not only is it close to a few subway lines that can bring you all around the city, but the rooms are newly renovated and feel clean and homey. The best part about this hotel though is hands down the staff. The nicest staff in all of NYC. Truly wonderful people that are always willing to help. Never saw anyone without a smile on. Will be back many more times!

All was great except there is no coffee pot in the room. Parking is a big challenge. Impossible to find a parking deck with available parking.

The staff at the FIDI were helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Really excellent location. We would definitely stay again.

This Hotel is amazing. It’s located in the financial district near tones of good shops, dinning options, bars, Tourist attractions, transportation R,W, 4, 5 trains and about 2 blocks away from the Staten Island Ferry. Great for a staycation

Highly recommend this property. Situated right in FiDi close to a couple different subway lines so moving around the city is easy. Also close to other tourist attractions as well such as the Statue of Liberty ferries and Wall Street’s Charging Bull. Also since it is located in FiDi the area actually quiets down towards the night as most of the area is meant for working professionals working in the finance sector. I stayed in a ADA room as an able-bodied person (there wasn’t another rooms available) and some of the fixtures were placed in odd/inconvenient locations, but likely done so to accommodate people who need ADA features in their rooms. Besides that however, no issues with the room. Room cleanings were very well done as well.

The staff were Very helpful from check in throughout our stay. Just an incident with a guest on our floor smoking at 3am and having the whole floor really smell (I have asthma). It was resolved right away after calling the front desk and I was able to sleep after using my inhaler. Overall it was a good stay.

FIDI is the right type of small.
Great location on Wall Street, close to the seaport, shopping stores like Century 21, TJ Maxx. Concierge was welcoming, gave us information on our room, area, and discounts provided for local eateries. We stayed for 1 night, room was small as described, but super comfortable, clean and just the right space for a couple. They provided 2 complimentary waters. We didn't have a fridge in room. There was a safe provided by the bed. Bathroom was clean, small, but served its purpose. I would stay here again based on its location and friendly staff.
