They gave us a handicap room (did not ask for) shower water ran off all the way out even to the carpet, bad shower design, asked for a change, staff was very rude saying they couldn't because I booked through expedia, maybe next day if available.

There was only ONE elevator that worked. Which meant stopping on every floor, packed elevator, & SLOW. Most people were even taking the stairs because they couldn’t deal with the elevator. for the price of the stay it wasn’t worth it.. definitely shouldn’t be charged so much if theres only one elevator that works. Rooms are smaller than expected as well. The ice machine on our level didnt work. It mustve just been a bad week.

It just wasn’t worth the price. There was blonde one lady at the front who was a sweetheart and went above and beyond to check us in even after her shift ended but besides that, nothing about the hotel stuck out positively. One elevator was down and the other two were usually busy.

Location is excellent as it is close to so many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations. Main issue is the elevators. For a hotel with 44 floors, they have 2 functioning elevators which makes the wait quite long. We were lucky to have a room in the 4th floor so climbing the stairs was not too bad for us but that is not the case for other guests.

It was hard to get on the elevator because it was always full and took over 10 minutes waiting time. We had to walk downstairs from 17 th floor every day, even with our luggage. It was inconvenient. Otherwise the room was clean and the location was great.
