They were many rooms out of order which causes scheduling problems. Also, the operations management are poorly coordinated and communicated. We pre-paid for our room three weeks in advance, and yet when we showed up late, the room was given away and sold to someone else, meeting it was sold twice. Management was very unhelpful in resolving the problem. First they offered us an upgrade, and told us to stay in the inferior room until the new room was ready. There is no food, no coffee given to customers in the morning they are paper cups in your room instead of glass, there is no coffee machine in the room , overall it is just a substandard property. The only thing it has going forward is the location in Lincoln Center which is great, but there are some much better, much more modern and better run properties within a three or four block radius, which I have stayed at. I will never stay here again. I recommend you stay away from the property until it is completely upgraded and all the management is replaced and tra
