Clean and felt safe here in the area. Staff are excellent - helpful and friendly. Two lines of the subway are easily accessible at a very short distance. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. Rooms are small as one would expect in NYC. Would have been nice to have a shelf in the washroom and a small fridge in the room. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay. I booked this room for a romantic evening for my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday (I decorated the hotel room). But I was surprised to find that there was no mini fridge and/or microwave in the room. I’ve stayed at other hotels for cheaper that at least had a mini fridge. I mean for $140 a night the least we could have is a mini fridge. Also the shorter lamp didn’t turn on. Lastly, the hotel needs longer shower curtains or add a shower liner because water gets everywhere on the floor and that is a serious safety issue if someone were to slip when getting out the shower. Besides these issues, everything else was fine but if the room isn’t going to come equipped with at least a mini fridge then I would probably look somewhere else.

Everyone on the property was super helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. This was a gem in the city. The trains were always working in a time key manner to get there and we were like 20 min max to so many attractions. It felt safe and there's great places near by to try! Would totally book again. We went January 5-8 and the prices were excellent! The room temperature was also really good. You can hear ambulances some times on busy nights but that's part of the experience. Within the hotel rooms themselves it was calm and peaceful.

It was a good and convenient hotel to walk to Madison Square Garden. The breakfast area is small but the coffee was good. I wish they would have had a small bar area in the evening. There are a couple of other hotels on the same street. The street was noisy but I guess most are. This hotel is in the Flower District which I found interesting. Wonderful flower shops every direction.
