Very friendly staff! Clean room and very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Close to Bryant Park (which I personally prefer over Times Square) and also within walking distance of The Highline. Easy subway access.

Nice and accessible to stay in the heart of New York City. Staff is veey nice and helpful plus you can leave your luggage with them after check out for free.

My son and I stayed there in Feb and we LOVED it!! The staff was more than friendly with us and the location is perfect to entertain a 10 year old boy:) Nintendo Store, Lego Store, M and M Store and Pele ( Soccer)Store all in walking distance. We WILL be back!

Property was great for convenience and price . Front desk young man wouldn’t focus on checking me in. Front desk woman only talked to him in Spanish to tell him to relay to me that they gave my room to someone else and I ended up with a room with a bed with a bunk bed over it. Not comfortable sleeping under something that if it fell onto you, would crush your legs etc-especially with the recent unexpected earthquake in nyc .the young man kept entertaining a woman that wanted to know when she should get her Uber in the morning vs finishing my intake since I was there first. Checking in took forever.

Terribly overpriced, no microwave, no tissue, I had to climb up into the bed slide down a few times, hallways very dark, but location was very good oh and no breakfast offered I paid $336 for 1 night wwayyyy to much also room was very small

Hi!! I came on my birthday weekend 4/19 front desk was so sweet, people were lovely good cleaning service elevator is slow so stairs are just more convenient to take, i definitely would come back especially so close to Times Square i had the best time ever thank you for a beautiful experience cheers to more life!

This is a fantastic hotel and I had such a great stay. The hotel is in a perfect location right next to Times Square off Broadway and it’s within walking distance to subways and parks. Despite it being so close to Times Square, the hotel is very quiet at night with very minimal street noise. My room was impeccably clean, with fresh towels brought to the room (and this hotel has one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used!) This hotel is very reasonably priced and with such a great location, I’m very happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering to hold doors, call a taxi and offer information when needed. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Had a situation when I arrived, the front desk clerk could not check me in. He spoke to his supervisor who was very accommodating she handled the situation within 5 minutes. Being a former general manager in another hotel , I couldn't do a better job. This hotel is cleaner, nicer, more accommodating than some upscale hotels just a few blocks , and very reasonable and no hidden fees and surprises, and they do not charge you for a bottle of water ,lol ..Highly recommend.

Had a nice stay. Property needs some maintenance. Wallpaper in bedroom torn. Towel hook coming off the wall. Nicely located in the theater district. Short walk to our shows.

Oh my goodness. Exceeded my expectations. A lot. I went to NYC in 2015 and stayed at another hotel right around the corner. The ROW NYC. That one put a bad taste in my mouth about the city in general right away. They had very rude staff that made people feel like an inconvenience. Naturally, went expecting the same kind of attitude at the 45. I was thankfully wrong. The staff are super friendly.Extremely helpful and took and stored my luggage and coat hours prior to check in time. Good sized rooms for NYC not too much smaller than elsewhere actually. Clean as heck with free water and coffee. Although I was in NYC on a personal getaway, I am a professional tour guide and driver in the Canadian Rockies. So I understand very well that the little things like the way you talk to your guests and all the other little things that can make or break a persons impression of not just your company but your destination as a whole. The 45 Times Square knows it too. And has it right.

Boutique hotel with very cool rooms!! Close to subway, Broadway shows and Times Square. Staff was very helpful for first time visitors to NYC. We felt very safe and the energy of the city was incredible! We’ll definitely be back and will stay here again.

My room had missing and peeling wallpaper everywhere, window would not open completely due to the shades being installed incorrectly, air-conditioner was loud and woke us up through the night, bathroom mirror was cracked and held up by duct tape, the light bulb to the shower was out, the handle to the shower was super loose, and finally the second elevator was out resulting in long wait times. The staff were friendly and they had live music in the small lobby, which was nice. Overall I feel I overpaid significantly compared to other hotels in the same area.

So close to time square but… one elevator that works with a big hotel line that. My door reader for the key card didn’t work 3 times so had to go back down. The phone In The hallway to call downstairs didn’t work. The front desk staff is rude to delivery people. The wall paper in the room is also coming off the walls everywhere. But you are very close to time square and they do have cool bunk bed rooms for kids.

Every single person went beyond to take care of my needs, from the night crew to the morning and afternoon staff The Mexican door man was super nice and friendly. He advised on places to go and even reserved a limousine a la Trump Well worth the extra money to get to la guardia I can’t say enough will book for end of June

This was my first time at 45 Times Square but it will not be my last. The room was impeccable, beautifully decorated and very quiet. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon.

This was such a cute, convenient find within a half a block from times square. The twin bed room was perfect for a girls weekend. All the staff was amazing and helpful.
