After being on a 14 hour flight we booked this hotel so we could sleep for the night before our 4 hour drive home the next day. Unfortunately for us, someone was playing loud music ALL NIGHT!!! I finally called the lobby around 6am and the music stopped shortly after that. Honestly and truly one of the worst nights in a hotel my family and I have ever had.

While I only spent one night at this hotel and it was only due to a canceled flight, my overall opinion is that this hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. From the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms, very date and in need of a serious upgrade especially considering this is a Hilton.
The shuttle to and from hotel needs to be improved. We were skipped 2 times before we could get the shuttle to hotel. There is absolutely no rule how to prioritize who gets the shuttle first.

It’s a beat up convenience when stuck for a while at Newark on a long layover. Folks who work here are solid staff though, but the hotel is what it is.

This is very convenient if you have a flight or event in the area. We were on the 12 floor also. You could just sit and watch plains coming and going if you wanted.
Not sure my room had ever been cleaned. Very dirty hotel

Staff was very responsive and helpful assisting us with a curveball that we faced, which had nothing to do with the hotel. Thanks and kudos.
Facility was very nice and clean too. Easy shuttle ride to airport made for a great all around stay.
