Really enjoyed my stay. Nice to hang in the sun on the patio. Room was clean and comfy and had everything I needed. Will stay here again!

Everything was good except for the bathroom, cleanliness was fine but the shower was either very hot or very cold, as well as the water pressure was wonky.

I am now a regular guest at the Wilshire - coming once or twice a month. I feel at home because of the exceptional service the staff provides from the initial welcome to check out. Everything about the Wilshire Grand was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could have been better was the gym. The treadmill needs some attention.

The room was dated. The door striker plate was missing, there was a huge stain on the wall, molded caulk in the shower, the shower control handle was ready to fall off, the dressers were dirty. The front desk staff was utilizing personal computers, while on the phone.

The stay was ok. The best part of the visit was Michael at the front desk. The TV service wasn't working nor was the phone to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. A gentleman came to check out the problem and stated that the weather was causing the problem.
