Comfort and Charm Highly Recommended

No pre approval needed. If you put dates in and it shows my home you can instant book. Spacious home with living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offers upgrades galore; granite throughout, porcelain tile and new carpets, hotel quality bedding make this the perfect vrbo experience. Pet friendly, with fenced backyard, a patio with gas grill add to the comfort of home. Entry is safe and secure with an attached 2 car garage.
The kitchen is always stocked with snacks, coffee and breakfast foods in the freezer.
With easy access to the local attractions and venues, Stonegate Place is the perfect home away from home.

We had an extended stay here for business. The house was great with lots of room for our crew members rotating in and out. Great communication with the host and his ability to make the property “worker” friendly was top-notch. Whatever your reason for travel Daniel is geared to make your stay comfortable.

Clean, Convenient location, Great Host
The home was clean and well stocked. Pictures were accurate. Communication with the host was timely. The location was handy to the Newburgh River walk and provided quick and easy access to major roads.

Nice size home and pet friendly
This is a large house with a fenced in yard. We appreciated the size for the kids and the yard for our dog. Daniel was a fantastic communicator, was very flexible and stocked the kitchen with food so we didn't have to make a grocery run immediately on arrival.

Best family friendly large home
Huge family sized property. Huge fenced backyard which was perfect for me and my dogs. The owner is working hard to get the property turned. It has some dated things, but with dogs it was great. Using the garage was a bonus. The side of the house is on a fairly busy street so kids would be best in the back yard.
