“Had a couple problems with the WiFi an an Netflix also the upstairs conditions or than that the place was great ”

“We chose this property because of the indoor pool. It was open and heated (not exactly warm, but tolerable.) My kids enjoyed it. The area around the pool could've been a bit cleaner, but it was really busy so maybe it was hard to keep up w/ the foot traffic in there. The pool towels were very small, which is minor but could be improved. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff was responsive and helpful. Convenient location near restaurants. Room was well laid out and comfortable.”

“everything is perfect and i will choose it again while i have chance get back”

“The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !”

“,,,,,”

“The wash basin and bathtub in the bathroom were blocked. Front desk customer service was unfriendly.”

“I moved my room after check-in. Because the room I had originally was next to a hotel ventilation facility which made some low frequency noise. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to change my room.”

“Reasonable price”

“We stayed here for the Charlotte Speedway fall races. Only 15 minutes to Speedway and 20 minutes the other way to NASCAR Hall of Fame. The staff was extremely helpful and we had no issues with anything. The 1BR suite was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and very roomy. Breakfastwas different every day and constantly had fresh food added. Lots of national chain restaurants close by, but you have to try Boardwalk Billy's and Armored Cow Brewing Company that are close by. Will definitely stay……

“I enjoyed cleaning room and peacefulness. I did not like the fact that the Expedia site stated there's a hot tub at the location but there was not.”

“nice and comfort”

“Great overall!”

“convenient area, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe are all in the neighborhoods.....nice to be here instead of downtown with protestors”

“可做饭，沃尔玛买了食品，炖了土豆牛排，体验一次美国生活，满意。有早餐，房价稍贵”

“Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast”

“First class”

“Super clean and great breakfast buffet”
