I like this location to the Newport Beach pier. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly too. Only breakfast needs to be improved, sometimes no fruits. Will come again here

Disappointed
Lobby's floor was cracked/ old and dirty, as well as carpet. The room chairs had a very dirty covers, wanted to take off but chair was worse, with stains. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. Room was small, t.v was very small. No Parking available inside site. Parked on street. I was very disappointed.

A great spot for smaller families looking for a spot near the beach. Beach Towel, umbrella, chair, and sand/surf toys were available for a free check out. That boogie board really made my beach trip memorable! The staff were all super helpful and accommodating. I loved staying here and could not recommend it more.
