The room was very spacious. Nice sized kitchen. Was nice to have washer & drier in the room. Great to have off-street parking in the back. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining areas around wharf in Newport.

Dog friendly and very comfortable
We always love staying here. So good that we can bring our dog as well. Very pretty rooms, quiet area, and close to most things. We used to love their hot breakfasts as well.

What a wonderful find! We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, the place was roomy/clean/comfortable, and the communication with the management was excellent. Admiral Sims for the win!

Lovely Bed and Breakfast!
This room was a delight. Check-in was remarkably easy. My keys were waiting for me when I got in with a cute not from the owner. The room was clean and spacious. The building was so quiet that we thought we might be the only ones. Quite literally everything that I could think of was available to us. This included snacks in the lobby, dog biscuits if we brought a pet, towels to borrow for the beach, aloe in case of a burn, everything we might need to cook. The list goes on and on. The owners checked in via text 3 times for a one night stay. A grab and go breakfast was set out the next morning. My husband and I both wished that our stay was longer. Would come again and again!!!

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. Plenty of room for clothes and luggage, nice tv and chairs for an in room breakfast or glass of wine. Large bathroom with all the necessities. Service was attentive and accommodating.
