This hotel is in a good location for shopping, restaurants, and waterfront views. The rooms are clean and have a mini fridge, but do not have a microwave or safe. Unfortunately, despite the pros, it is more like a basic motel than a fully functioning hotel. The bar is open at strange random hours, the television is small with limited channels, the decor is drab, the bathroom is tiny, the toilets don’t flush properly, and most of the amenities are unavailable - yet the hotel charges $20 extra a night for them even if they go unused by the guest. We got charged for parking even though we don’t own a car. In the end, it just felt that the hotel, at $170 per night (including the amenities fee) was rather overpriced for what it offers.
