1. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom!!! 2. the bed linen was stained!! 3. the refrigerator was sticky!! 4. there were no face towels in the bathroom! 5. there were dirty q-tips and hair on the air conditioner! 6. the floors and corners were dirty! 7. the person they sent with towels was so musty, I didn't want him in the room. 8. THE MANAGER WOULD NOT AFFORD ME THE COURTSEY OF SPEAKING WITH ME!!!

Breakfast included and is sufficient; NY Niagara State Park is just across the street from the Inn and within walking distance (less than 5 minute walk!); From the State Park you can get to the Maid of Mist and Cave of the Winds; those who cannot walk around the park, you can catch the trolley; enough eateries just steps away from the Inn. Even better, you can simpy walk to the US -Canada border from the Inn! (about a 10-minute walk). We walked from the Inn to the border and walked the Rainbow bridge to Canada even with out carry-ons! Comfort Inn is within to prime location to all that; remember you need 4 U.S. Quarters per person to cross back to U.S.. Keep US dollar bills handy to change to quarters using the machine located at the border.

The toliet didn’t flush, the shower rod was falling off the shower wall and when we told them about it they didn’t care. Every housekeeper that was walking around or in the lobby smelled like weed, it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. The only nice thing was it was very close to the falls and was able to walk there.

The property was very messy and somewhat dirty as you walk in. The staff was not professional at times. They were nice but needed training and a little polish. The breakfast was ok but needed to be more organized. Maybe 2 lines. Any amenities were not evident. (Gym, ice machines etc). If you asked for towels or toiletries the staff complained that they had already knocked on your door. I was there to see Niagara Falls not wait for a knock on the door. It could have been much better. As I walked around town most accommodations looked similarly.

Property was located in the perfect location. If you’re staying on the American side, you can’t beat this location because it’s literally in front of the central area of food, shopping and parks. The hotel is directly across the street from the park, which has a direct view of the American side of the falls. The Maid of Mist tour is also in this park. We loved watching the fireworks each night and then walking right back to the hotel. Breakfast was good, and enough to keep us going each day. My only minor complaint is the toilet paper issue. I read prior reviews so I happened to purchase toilet paper before we arrived. We ran out of toilet paper on the first night (it wasn’t a new roll), and it’s kind of embarrassing to ask anyone for more; it’s something that should be provided in sufficient quantities. We didn’t ask anyone who worked there for any, and we just brought our own in. Minor inconvenience especially in comparison to the pros that this hotel provided. We would certainly book this hotel again, if we ever come back to the falls.

The location of the property is perfect, it’s literally across the street from Niagara National Park and very close to lots of the popular excursions (Scenic Trolly, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Observation Tower), really great views of the falls within a 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Safe area even at night. Lots of food choices around the hotel and little shops as well. But the hotel itself is just ok. The lobby and common areas are dated/ cheap in appearance, the room was nicer than the common areas but not particularly clean. There was a stained sheet, crumbs in the night stand drawer, dirt under the sink (open style vanity so underneath is exposed). It definitely could have been worse and for the price it wasn’t horrible, but for sure the location is the main selling point to this place as the building itself is mediocre at best.
