The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly. The only negative at this motel is no coffee maker but thats not a deal breaker will deffinately stay there again.

I got a great service from the female manager of the motel. But the loud noise coming from the traffic (cars) around was tough to hear.

I met the owner and he was very friendly to having our two dachshunds with us. We kept things tidy ourselves though as housekeeping didn't visit us until we left. But we did get towels and trash bags from the owner as needed.

Excellent value for this family-run accommodations near the attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean, checking in and out was a breeze. We stayed because they are pet-friendly, but we'll be back for the hospitality!

Unbeatable price for the location . The property is old and it shows . The inn is adequate for a short weekend trip when you will be spending most of the time at the local attractions. Clean , and no frills. Sometimes “just okay” is perfect for the occasion.

Owner was very helpful, he give me keys even at 1pm(2hrs earlier), plenty of Parking spots, parking is not mention in app but it was for free and you can even park infront of your room, shopping, food, 24hr convenient store 3 mins walk, falls only 20 mins walk, rooms were cleans, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, everything was in the room, outdoor pool open 10am to 10pm, quiet area. And it was cheap, you can’t beat the price with this one

The staff was so incredibly nice. The room was super cute and clean. A good short walk away from our favorite restaurant in the area. And a walkable distance from the main strip. We would definitely consider staying here again!

A great affordable place to stay. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and good central location so that you could walk to most attentions in the area and lots of food options close by. We would gladly use them again.

Mr. Imtiaz and his wife were very hospitable, friendly, and treated us like family. The falls is a very close walk with lots of places to eat in or take out. The inn is very clean with an outdoor pool that was safe and comfortable to be with your family. The view at nights were spectacular, and you can stand on your balcony and see the fireworks at 10pm from the falls. I recommend Sunset Inn to anyone looking for reasonable accomodation for a truly fun experience.

Our stay here did not disappoint!! Older building and rooms but absolutely spic and span, can eat off the floor clean. Super kind, helpful and friendly staff. Good walking distance from the main attractions, the hotel seems like it was slightly renovated compared to what is shown on the picture. The desk people were very kind. The room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave, and beds were comfy. Very satisfied for the price paid.

We were looking for a non expensive place that was within walking distance to a Clifton Hill and the falls to just crash in for a night. This place fit exactly what we were looking for. What really made it awesome was that the owner was extremely friendly and curteous, offering to let us keep our car at the site after checkout so that we could walk around a bit longer (which we were not going to do because of parking, so this actually allowed us to stay s little longer in the area). The only issue is that a few things could be updated.

The property location is very accessible from all the services needed.Staff service is excellent ,we check in late(1:30 am) but they make sure they leave our room unlock for us to get in.The only thing that I want to suggest is to give a good cleaning in the room especially the bathroom.

I was very impressed with my stay here at the sunset inn. Check in was great and easy! I was with a group of 8 people and they nicely accommodated us with rooms next to eachother. The rooms were perfect, just what we needed. Spacious, had tv, fridge, bathroom with tub and shower and microwave. The people that greeted us at the front were soo nice and very humorous! The sunset inn is also perfect walking distance from everything so it was great to be able to not have to worry about parking. I would highly recommend this place and we surely will be coming back!
