"The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here...

"The house is absolutely perfect! Very clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple. The communication with Matt was absolutely unlike any I have experienced with others. I will definitely stay here again if we back in the area!"

"The accommodations were very nice. The only negative is that the main house and guesthouse are about 12 feet apart. The deck and hot tub are in a shared space. The lodging itself was very well organized and perfect for a couple. I’m glad for the opportunity to stay."

"This house was perfect for what we needed, for a wide age range of adults from 24 to 93. The location was also perfect for a wedding venue that was 10 minutes away. The hosts were easy to communicate with. It was a nice quiet neighborhood which was fine for us. We sat out on their little deck out back quite a bit."

"Very private and clean with modern appliances. This is a separate building with garage from the owner. The neighborhood is quiet, 25 miles to downtown Nashville."

"We stayed here while attending a lacrosse tournament at Drakes Creek Park. Our boys loved fishing from the docks and the adults loved having morning coffee on the screened in porch. Really wanted to check out the marina restaurant but never got a chance but it looked really fun! House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A bit of difficulty in the beginning to get the door code but it was eventually resolved. The exterior trash cans were full making it difficult to fulfill the requirement to take out the trash. We had to clean The outdoor grill to be able to use it. Some of the rooms had rather thin sheets.The hot tub had debris in the bottom of it and an off putting odor. We all have hot tubs so we know keeping it up can be a challenge. It’s a nice quiet location right on the lake. Information on the operation...

"Had a great time touring Nashville and Hendersonville. The dock is friendly and has an abundance of wildlife. We caught several fish right off the back of the boat. We really liked Tailgaters Brewery. Try the very berry marshmallow. You wont be disappointed! Overall outstanding time."

"The place more than what we expected! The place was clean and had a home like feel. Not only did it meet our needs but went above and beyond with many games to play, access to the water with paddle board or kayaks. The hot tub was a great bonus and made relaxing so easy. And the view was the best part, sitting in the screened in porch to enjoy a lake view. Would 100% recommend and plan on staying there again sometime."
