Beautiful sunrises! canoe for guest use on the back deck. fireplace quiet neighborhood, two car garage! across the street from a gas station and right down the street a half a mile for the grocery store!! come enjoy the Fourth of July fireworks over the water from the park of mile away!!! enjoy wine on the balcony at night or coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise!! perfect vacation spot!
