The room was decorated nicely and spacious. The view from the suite was excellent. A member of my party left a cell phone at the front desk. Security ended up hiding the phone in the box. It was only located with a phone finder application and a Bluetooth-connected watch. The staff is very inhospitable except for a nice young man named James that works the front desk. Everyone else doesn't even greet you as you enter/exit, or need assistance.

The hotel charged us twice by mistake, took forever to check in, we had four guests but only two towels. The floor in the room was filthy dirty, bar in shower was broke, the light switch in bathroom shocked you every time you turn it off. One working elevator. Gym was closed. Just not a good stay for me and my family!
