I had a decent stay and the room was fine. I heard from other people staying multiple cars were broken into while we were there. The restaurant was fine but having one bar tender to take care of everyone is not enough. She was great though. Overall a good stay just don’t bring a car.

While checking in there was one employee with a very long line. Other people staying there interrupted several times about their key cards not working. We had to have our card remade 4 times in the 3 nights we stayed there. Our bathroom “barn door” fell off the tracks and slammed into the wall causing damage. There were several times where one of us had to stay at the room with our stuff while the other had to go get new keys. The parking is quite confusing as well as limited. If this is your only option it’s ok but I would choose something else next time.

I think the story would have been better overall if the place had been properly staffed. They literally had one person at reception during check in. The restaurant was similarly understaffed. I will say that the pool was nice and clean. Someone at reception told me that a military discount was available for me on Sunday but not on monday. I think that was complete nonsense.

In the room assigned to us one of the two air conditioner units was not working well. There was not a refrigerator in the room. Besides that we saw a cokroach in our roomWe asked for another room, but they have not one according to our needs, so we have to check out inmediatly. They didn't make any charge.

I don't expect much from a 200 per night hotel, but I expect it to be clean. Room was not clean, lobby bathroom was gross, sink only had very hot water. Room was ready when we arrived, but because it was "early", they asked for 30$ to be able to check-in. Just a disappointing stay at Wyndham hotel.

Customer service need to improve , I ask for a iron like 5 times , time for my reunion was coming and I needed an iron my dress I had to go ask a housekeeper in the hall way if she can get me one from another room ! Thank God she did .. I call a few times to the front desk and nobody answer .
