Waited 4 hours before we can check in!!!!!

Pros: Ocean view
Cons: Pool, rooms, housekeeping
It's a disaster , we waited 4 hours before we can check in. A lot of people are complaining that they've been waiting for hours also that their room is not yet ready. Poor house keeping . Dirty pools

I wanted to stay on the beach and Have a great view and it was all that I wanted had no complaints everyone was nice the rooms where clean and I had a ball

Good location but very bad hotel

Hotel is disgusting room was not clean and very old, doors are broken carpet very old and disgusting couche needs to be covered to be used very disgusting bathrooms smells very bad and full with hair all over

Nice hotel, close to beach.

Pros: Outdoor pool on 7th floor. Not in parking lot like a lot of other hotels.
Cons: More washcloths.
Location: Right on the beach. Lots to eat within blocks. Chix was my favorite.
Kitchen area is very small. If you are looking to save money by cooking a few meals in the room, be prepared to get extremely frustrated. It took about 40 minutes for a pot of water to boil. Then the pot barely fits on the tiny sink when you want to wash it. Other than that It was nice. I would go back and I would recommend it.

We own a membership in the diamond resort group. I feel Beach quarters was nice but was not as nice as some of the others. Dishes were dirty bathroom was small and would have preferred the beds in the room by the ocean. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Food in frig not discarded, room key didnt work at first, no ice bucket, walls thin, parking garage horrible...so small my truck got dented. Hotel okay weve stayed in worse but could use improvements.

Hotel with great amenities, horrible service.

The hotel itself was great. I love all of the amenities but the wait time to check in with over 2 hours my bathtub is 30 my check was wrong. I was a bit disappointed.
