“The room was somewhat clean. There were visible dried liquid staining under the couch and beside the toilet. The toaster was also unclean and the kitchen barely has any cookware.”

Also there could pitentially he a case of bed bugs in unit 10 as my wife was getting more and more bites that were very consistent of bed bugs. Definitely something to think about. Itherwise it was spacious and in an amazing location. Was a good place for the value and location.”

“Was recently in town for our son college graduation. We were a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The building is rather new so everything seemed updated and clean. There was some nice areas like a pool on the 40th floor, they had some cool rooms for pictures in the 38th floor. I loved that the unit had a kitchen and host was communicative all the time. Valet was great. You just have to request your car 20-30 before. Will stay again”

“Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor ”

“The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night. The crowd got very uncomfortable and we decided to leave one day early. Nothing to do with the apartment. The host was gracious and the……
