"I had a really great experience staying at Generator Miami. The property is in an excellent location in Miami Beach, just steps from the ocean, which made it very easy to enjoy the beach and explore the area. The hostel itself is very clean, modern, and well maintained, and it has a really cool, social atmosphere without feeling overcrowded. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay and made check-in very smooth. One of the highlights of the trip was that we were given a complimentary upgrade from the Junior Suite we originally booked to a Superior Junior Suite. That was a really nice surprise and made the stay even better. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of room to relax after spending time out on the beach. The amenities and common areas were also great, and the overall vibe of the property made it feel more like a boutique hotel than a typical hostel. It’s a great option whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple and want to stay somewhere close to the beach without spending a fortune. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and definitely great value for Miami Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend Generator Miami to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and well-located place to stay."

"Property was ok. Looked to be in middle of renovation, which is needed. Pictures of rooms and hotel itself were not as appeared on websites. Disappointing when we arrived. Lack of amenities, no chairs to sit on terrace that was an “upgrade” from the original room we purchased. No microwave in room. No bathrooms in lobby or next to pool for guests to use. Breakfast included is cereal and toast. Anything else is an upgrade to pay for. Only positive is right next to ocean for beautiful sunrise views. "
