“This is an older but well maintained hotel right in the heart of downtown Enumclaw. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick, my room was quite clean and the bed comfy.”

There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care……
