"Best room features included the separate living room with table and comfortable seating, second sink and tea/coffee area, easy heat/ac controls and wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. This would have been 5 stars except for the “thin” walls. We could hear every conversation and little cough from the room next door. "

"My room was clean and had a rolling chair by a desk, and a small arm chair. The guest laundry room was clean and spacious, though I didn't use it. There was also small business center with a computer and printer. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin, and I could hear people letting their doors slam, so consider earplugs. I felt safe and comfortable. I also loved the citrus soaps they stick for guests."

"The night staff was not able to accept U$ cash payment. It had to go on my credit card. I took that to be a sign that the facility was cutting back on staff training and quality. In the morning when I needed to get another packet of decaf the front desk was deserted. I finally found room service on my floor and they were happy to oblige. If you can find a better deal, take it. There was no charging on site for electric cars. Not even a 120v plug!"
