4.3/5Excellent! (96 reviews)
Our stay started out a bit rocky and we ended up changing rooms from the original we were assigned. The first room, which I feel the need to review as well, had a plugged up bathroom sink that didn't drain (or was so slow it didn't appear to drain), the toiletries holder was not on the wall, but sitting on the floor of the shower, the kitchen faucet was not attached properly to the sink, and a very odd smell. I reached out to the online chat customer service and was helped very quickly. We were given another room a floor down. The second room was much, much better. Cleaner, no funky smell, all the drains worked and all the faucets were attached :-) Here are the things I consider important in a hotel room: the space was very clean. The towels were of good quality and size and there were plenty of extras along with extra sheets/pillows/and a blanket. The kitchen amenities were very clean. All the necessary supplies one would need were available. There was plenty of shampoo/bodywash/conditioner/handsoap/dishsoap. Plenty of hangers.
Things that aren't as important, but still would have made for an even more pleasant stay: 2 shower towel bars in the bathroom. More open shelving since there is no dresser for clothing storage. More bathroom shelving for personal item/toiletries. A second bedside table. Since there is no ac, there was a floor fan. It was adequate BUT there were no screens on the windows which all could open If a window opens, there should be a screen for it.
