smelled weird in the hallways. Waited fifteen minutes for the attendant to arrive at the front desk to even start check in at 4 p.m.. The fridge in the room made a really loud noise on and off the whole night. The door has frost around the weather stripping in the morning. Overall the room was pretty clean.

Perfect for a little family get away. The place looks all renovated. Staff is very nice and helpful. Bagged breakfast is creative… jimmy dean sandwich (cook in your room’s microwave), granola bar, fruit cup and apple juice. Gets a little boring 3 days in a row but it’s better than nothing! Rooms are pretty small especially for a family of 4 in the winter with snowy boots and lots of gear especially bc there’s no closet. Pool area was nice and served its purpose. No frill place but good value. You can walk to the outlets which was perfect for us since not every one wanted to go. Plenty of parking right in front of the rooms. We’d stay there again.

So I had read previously about pool issues in some online reviews and so I specifically called ahead before making my booking because the whole reason I was going is so my kids could go swimming in a pool. The woman I spoke with assured me that the pool would be open and there’s no issues regarding the pool and hot tub. As soon as I arrived to check in I saw the sign for Pool Closed! I was very upset and was told that the maintenance person was supposed to come and never did, they would let me know when he came. Which I am guessing is a blatant lie to my face. The pool person never came and I am assuming never will. Very disappointed

The staff were very nice and even called ahead to accommodate a late night check-in after the front office had closed for the night. The room was clean and very comfortable with plenty of toiletries and linens. I would happily stay here again!
